Carmine, Lumberjack

July 4, 2012

Carmine over planted in his yard. When he landscaped his home, he filled the front and back yards with all kinds of vegetation.
Guess what happened next. All the plants grew.
It’s been twelve years in that house and Carmine spends much of the summer, not just trimming and pruning the plants, he removes whole plants.
Carmine spent the past two evenings chopping down a twenty-five foot tall maple tree. Notice how he waited until the day after Canada Day before chopping down a national symbol.
So Carmine is up the tree with a chainsaw and I’m on the ground pulling a rope wrapped around the trunk.
The tree came down without incident. DARNIT! This blog could really use a “Carmine got stuck up a tree” story.

Good to hear that Carmine can do somethings well! He clearly has a very green thumb!

Well, I’m just glad this little excursion into lumberjacking didn’t end up in the emergency room of a hospital. So, job well done there.

You’re a creative sort, you could always make up a Carmine got stuck up a tree story. :)
