Weekend Recap in Point Form

February 19, 2013

Abruzzo Pizza changed how they do a pizza. Not sure if I will order there again. Still, I ate the entire party size in three sittings.

Slept through half of Argo. What I saw while I was awake wasn’t bad, except the hair.

I got the new Nick Cave album. Haven’t listened to it yet.

I didn’t do much else. Just relaxed.

    Please explain the Abruzzo thing.

    ———

Sauce tastes different and used sparingly.
Cheese is a different blend and more abundant.
Crust is different too. The texture of the crust is inconsistent.
    The toppings, sparse.

damn! That is a lot of changes. If you hadn’t said this, I might have suggested you pick one up for Saturday.

A pizza place changed it style? I don’t think I have heard of that before!

    It’s very rare

If they skimp on the sauce, they suck. Come to think of it, all of those changes seem to suck.

    ———–

Bad pizza has too much sauce not enough real toppings.

I liked Argo quite a bit. You should try re-watching while awake.

    I’m in no rush.

I still need to watch Argo, in spite of your glowing review.

I don’t order from Pizza Pizza in my own neighbourhood anymore, because they undercook the za’s. Nothing worse than gooey raw dough in the centre of the circle.

    ——-

Pizza pizza is neither pizza nor pizza. Discuss amongst yourselves.

All in all, sounds like a decent weekend. Relaxing is a beautiful thing. :)
