Back to Normal

Well. I’m back to the normals of life. No more waking up in a king size bed on a resort in Orlando. I woke up this morning in my shitty little bed at home.
Here’s what you need to know.
Disneyworld in September has smaller crowds so the lines are shorter.
The weather was hot and humid. It rained every other day but never for a prolonged period.
The Disney Animal Kingdom is a half-day thing. Not like Epcot or Magic Kingdom.
The food was amazing. I am still not over how awesome the food was everywhere.

A buttermilk biscuit under sausage gravy with a side of home fries. Plate-licking satisfaction.

Green beans drowned in bacon fat. Oh baby.

Mashed sweet potatoes with cinnamon and some fried plantain slices.

Those photos are just some of the highlights. I went to this one place that gave me edamame instead of bread. Still in the pods. Just shell ’em and pop ’em in your mouth.
But now I’m back home in the land that flavour forgot.
